Return Policy

UNINSTALLED
PARTS ONLY.

Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all documentation included.

RETURN CONDITIONS

WHAT QUALIFIES
FOR A RETURN?

NEW & UNUSED ONLY

Installed, mounted, or modified products showing any signs of use cannot be returned.

⚠️ SPECIFIC BRAND AUTHORIZATIONS

• AnzoUSA (Anzo): Items undergoing structural alterations, wire-splicing, or socket pin modification fail manufacturer policy audits and are instantly rejected.

• AlphaRex (Alpha): To protect fragile clear assemblies from surface hairline scuffs, lens scratch protective sheets must remain fully unpeeled. All returns require complete factory dual-box systems.

PACKAGING MATTERS

Damaged packaging or missing components may be subject to a refusal of the return. All original boxes and paperwork must be included.

🎁

PROMOTIONAL GIFT POLICY

Free premium gifts distributed during order programs are permanent and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you return your headlight assembly for a monetary refund, the gift item stays with you, and its verified retail market value will be automatically and non-negotiably deducted from your final product refund.

Used or Damaged (Anzo & AlphaRex)

Any assembly exhibiting road grime, terminal scuff marks, headlight housing wire-trimming, or unpeeled outer protective layer film manipulation cannot be refunded.

International Returns

Returns from Canada must be marked as "Return of Merchandise". Any customs fees or brokerage charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

OUR STORY

WE SOURCE
THE OPTICS
THAT DRIVERS
DEMAND.

We are first and foremost automotive optics enthusiasts. We realized that the elite-quality, compliant headlights required for maximum road safety were nearly impossible to find with guaranteed technical specifications.

From one driver to another, every product in our catalog exists to deliver uncompromised styling and ultimate performance on the road. We listen, we learn, and we deliver professional-grade lighting solutions for passenger cars, SUVs, and light trucks.

Core Values

What Drives FocusFlow Tech?

Every product and every conversation is guided by the same set of standards.

01

Elite Customer Support

We want you fully satisfied. From secure checkout to fast delivery and expert tech help, every step is designed to support the driver.

02

Treating You Like Peers

We analyze every situation from the driver’s perspective. If you have a problem, we handle it the way we’d want our own gear handled.

03

Clear Communication

Buying online shouldn't be impersonal. We provide clear info before the sale and real human assistance after it’s delivered.

04

Continuous Sourcing

We listen to your feedback on the road to find lights that are easier to install, more durable, and perfectly adapted to rugged daily driving and custom builds.

05

Keeping Our Promises

If we commit to a spec or a delivery time, we stand by it. If something isn't right, we don't make excuses—we fix it immediately.

06

The Highest Standards

Every product must meet FocusFlow Tech’s excellence standards. We don't sell junk; we sell DOT-compliant reliability for every dark road ahead.

No Gimmicks.
No Social Media Fluff.

Why we don't focus on "Customer Reviews":

We deal exclusively with everyday drivers, styling enthusiasts, and fleet managers. You don't need a star-rating system to know if a headlight assembly is DOT-compliant or if it fits your specific vehicle generation perfectly. You need technical accuracy, precise plug-and-play engineering, and a product that survives the harshest environments. We let our specs and our build quality do the talking.
