Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all documentation included.
Installed, mounted, or modified products showing any signs of use cannot be returned.
• AnzoUSA (Anzo): Items undergoing structural alterations, wire-splicing, or socket pin modification fail manufacturer policy audits and are instantly rejected.
• AlphaRex (Alpha): To protect fragile clear assemblies from surface hairline scuffs, lens scratch protective sheets must remain fully unpeeled. All returns require complete factory dual-box systems.
Damaged packaging or missing components may be subject to a refusal of the return. All original boxes and paperwork must be included.
Free premium gifts distributed during order programs are permanent and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you return your headlight assembly for a monetary refund, the gift item stays with you, and its verified retail market value will be automatically and non-negotiably deducted from your final product refund.

Returns from Canada must be marked as "Return of Merchandise". Any customs fees or brokerage charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
